Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered

  • This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

Please email us at hello@getmunchies.in within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after approval

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Minor packaging differences

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
